North County Powder Coating occupies three large commercial buildings off Santa Fe Avenue in San Marcos, with a combined total of 17,000 square feet and plenty of fenced yard space as well. It is the largest powder coating facility in the North County and also can accommodate items that are significantly larger than it competitors. One 5000 sq ft building is dedicated solely to the sandblasting process, while the other two are designated for the powder coating process. North County operates five separate spray booths and five ovens which allows for amazing productivity for a batch shop. We run multiple shifts and are open from 7AM-5PM Monday through Friday in order to maintain a very fast turn around time for its customers.

Committed to get the job done
North County Powder Coating was started by Tom Wright
back in 1989. Born from a need, Tom found that he required
extensive sandblasting and quality powder coating on his
personal projects. Always the entrepreneur, Tom decided
to open the first powder coating business in San Marcos.
Tom remains sole and original owner, but in the past
28 years has had the pleasure of working with his wife
and children to create a wonderful family business.
Being a family business has created an atmosphere in
which its customers truly become like extensions of the family.
An additional element to that "family" dynamic has been demonstrated through North County Powder Coating's staff. Of their 17 full time employees, 14 have been with the company for over 15 years and some even since that opening day back in 1989. This reciprocal loyalty has led to lasting employer / employee relationships which has served NCPC extremely well over the past 28 years. The entire staff has grown together in this business and each person has played an integral part of the company's success. Having years of combined experience in the industry, our staff surpasses the competition with extensive knowledge and skill.

TESTIMONIALS
“5 star service and quality!"
Our customers rate their experience click here.
"It's so nice to walk into a local business and be treated like you are the only customer or person that matters ! When you walk into the office they will greet you and answer all of your questions and quote you a price with no haggling. They knows their stuff! I was at the right place ! Ricardo then seems to appear like magic, and take my 8 chairs (In very bad rusted condition) to shop and then followed up and called me as soon as they were sandblasted and were able to be "Powder Coated" We weren't sure they would make it. Always be prepared for the worse with rust. My client was very happy with the chairs because we tried to replace the chairs but they were not available anymore. When I did pick up chairs Ricardo was in the yard and yelled "Hi George" park there. How could he have remembered my name after two weeks ? Thank's "NCPC" crew !"
